Free Travel with disability allowance Q

Hi, my DA application was accepted which is great news but nothing in the letter mentioned the free travel pass. Does anyone know how this works? Thanks

A seperate department deals with it but you dont need to apply seperately. You will get a new psc card in the post in the comming weeks with free travel marked on it.
