Not a bargain exactly but a bit of nostalgia for the old '80s kids!

    Bigtrak

I think it was the same price back in the day, too!

I remember it being expensive, only the rich kids had them i.e. not us!

I got the black Sony WF-1000XM3 earbuds on Amazon Italy. Amazon UK knocked their price down to £196 today which seems to be their lowest price according to camelcamelcamel. Still cheaper to get them in from Amazon Italy. A few Irish retailers had the silver ones for €200 but not the black ones I wanted (Amazon Italy had them). A lot of retailers kept the black ones at €250 from what I've seen.

    Hi
Does anyone have experience of buying an iPad through a US site using address pal? Is it worth it or would I get stung with other charges?
    Thanks

Are Amazon likely to do a Prime membership deal like they do around Prime Day? Also, anyone spotted any deals on the Nvidia Shield yet?

3 months of prime for GBP 11.99 (EUR 14.07) currently available. Allegedly a 50% discount.

How do you get this? Tried to sign up but it's giving the usual 7.99 price.

Kitchen, living room and bedroom in one house and kitchen and bedroom in another house. Ultimately I see myself having one in pretty much every room in the house (and one in the garage) as more and more stuff is controlled by voice etc.

They are in constant use also.

I don't use the echo but we have 4 Google Homes around the house. If you listen to music or want to control your nest or lights you'd want one in your main rooms. It's fantastic being able to synch music around the house if you're pottering around doing housework, stuff like that.

The lack of imagination around these things i'm surprised they ever took off.

I'm ordering the 3rd generation echo dots. I want them to connect to the lights. Is there anything I should be looking for? I'm new to this, thanks

Before you sign up for Prime check out the thread on here about 6 months free Prime for students, you can use an old college email address to get it and after the 6 months it is half price until 2024 when you select that year as your graduation year. Theres also a post in there detailing how to get it even if you dont have an old college email address.

Big drop in the Motorola One Zoom phone which is pretty much their top phone at the moment.

Down from €429 to €290 (£247) when coverted through Revolut.

Delivery to UK addresses only so Parcel Motel worked fine for my order.

Someone posted up a drill in the deals thread but on the lookout for an impact driver and wrench if anyone happens to come across one, haven't noticed much in the way of tools popping up this week so far
