Anyone know what is the story on the former Crows Nest pub at Victoria Cross? It lay derelict (following a fire) protected by a skeleton of scaffolding for around a decade until earlier this year when the roof was replaced and the scaffolding was removed. Passed there at lunchtime, half the terrace of houses are gone. Things are moving quickly enough now that they've started.

Yeah deliberately drove past it the other day. Its really kicking off now. I think its really going to be quite striking when its finished. In a good way.:)
