GTA5 game progression?

    Guys, I've just started my first GTA game - GTA-V.
    I've completed; Franklin and Lamar, Repossession and Chop to silver level. I've completed a few Strangers and Freaks missions too.
    But the game is not progressing.... Simeon shop is never open!
    Nothing is happening, all I can do is just keep driving around!
    Any hint on what I can do next?

    At that point, there should be an LD or and S on the map to start a mission for either Lamar or Simeon.
    There may be a Tonya mission near Franklin lives, I think that pushes on the story too!

    I replayed a mission and the game progressed... not fully sure what I did really.
