Question about Playstation Plus - buy in NI, use in RoI?

    Is it ok to buy a PS Plus card in NI, and use it with a PS4 in RoI?

    Will it be accepted?

    Ps plus is region based. Youd need an account associated with that region.

    Check the currency of the PS+, if it's in GBP, it's tied to the UK, if it's in EUR, you should be ok.

    Gut instinct here is that it will not work in ROI

    Thanks, I'll check tonight.
    Nearly sure the PS4 account is in Euro's, so looks like buying in North no use to me.

    There's nothing stopping you from creating another account, associated to a different region. It's just if you have PS Plus on an ROI account, it won't extend it's time.
