    I doubt anywhere in Austria has streets that wide! It looks like Russia or Eastern Europe at least.

    Hints time it is!

    The bust is actually facing the ruins in the background. The area is part of a a World Heritage Site, and some of the guesses to date would be less than 500km from the mark.
