Got Offered a C.E. Scheme just confused about hours requirement..can anbody help?

I've been offered a work on a Community Employment ( C.E.) scheme. Just wondering, as per the guidelines for a C.E. Scheme ( if these even exist - sorry I don't know exactly :P) how many hours per week is a C.E. scheme worker obliged to work in total for the scheme?

I'm working one day a week voluntarily (unpaid) at the moment (Social Welfare are aware of this, and I receive my usual JSA payment every week), and also on another day of the week I am attending a course in my chosen area of study (F.E.T.A.C. Level 5), and Social Welfare are funding this course also for me), just wondering is it feasible to still be able to do my required 19.5 hours per week, excluding these two days on which I will not be available?

Sorry if this seems a silly question.. major confused here

Yes, you can work and study while on CE Scheme. Your supervisor will have all the information needed.

You do 19.5 hours a week in agreement with your supervisor. You just have to prioritise what’s most important to you.

You will have to work two and a half to three days to do those hours.

As others have said your exact days worked will depend.

That's if the scheme s/he is on operates for 8 hours/day. Some operate for less, so you would need to do 4 or even 5 days to make up the 19.5 hours.

As stated, the only way to find out is to talk to the supervisor about their specific requirements.

The hours of business are from 9.30am to 5pm. I will be available for work for 3 days per week for the scheme. If I work from 9.30 to 4pm for those 3 days (one half hour lunch) will I be working the required hours?
