Vodafones SIRO TV not working

Called Vodafone and apparently there is a known issue in Dublin. No ETA on fix when I called Vodafone. Channels will display for 4 seconds, and then freeze and eventually an error appears saying TV signal lost. Changing channels works, but again it freezes after 4 seconds. Ironically it would work well for channel hoppers.
