Is there somewhere in Dublin I can buy a gluten free oat bread, or can someone recommend an easy recipe they have tried? Most recipes online seem to have more wheat flour in them than anything else!

My gf is wheat intolerant but fine with gluten and follows this recipe, which is very easy and tasty: https://glenisk.com/recipes/porridge-bread?fbclid=IwAR0DLYlTU8RMjCHgIjxoOI3oTWZMm7NlI3H6mqVS8ywXLb1nBOu20U66COU (looks pretty similar to Space Dog's)

The porridge bread is great, very easy going to make - just be sure to cook it long enough. I put a meat thermometer into it and if it speedily goes up to the same heat as the oven is set to, it is done. 5 or 10 minutes will make a lot of difference in just finishing it.

You can add whatever seeds, nuts, dried fruit you fancy - not scientific just throw some in.

Use some of that black reusable silicon paper in the tin to make it easy to turn out.

It also freezes well - slice before freezing and you can take out a couple of slices as you need them.

Because it is essentially oven baked porridge you can eat it warm from the oven without risking indigestion! :D
