Sky SIRO (probably dumb) question

I'm considering switching from VM to Sky SIRO.
Currently I have the VM router in the living room with some devices connected (wired).
Sky on here indicated to me that a cable would have to be led from the ONT(?) box around the house and into the living room to retain the wired setup.
So the (probably dumb) question I have is; is there another way around this? Can the ONT......."transmit" wirelessly to a Sky hub, so allowing me to keep my current wired setup?

It depends on where the fibre actually enters the property, it’s doesn’t necessarily enter through the hall. It depends on the location of your electrical meter if you get an underground install.

If it’s an over head install they should be able to bring the cable straight into your living room.

The electricity meter is literally right beside the front door. I know it's a bit first-world-problem, I just think it would be a bit unsightly to have a cable running through the house.
