Did I see Daniel o Donnells wife in the audience ? I ask because Daniel is doing a pre recorded bit.

I think Majella spends a good bit of time in Ireland!

Awful. She has a bee in her bonnet about the church

But saw nothing wrong with it during her tenure in the park...

Andrea Corr was like a rabbit in the headlights. She hadn’t a clue what to say. Hardly a person known for great thoughts or words of wisdom.

I don't care, I could stare at her all day.

I'd say Miriam is saying to herself. "Why did I sit here?"

Should be said that Brendan Balfe was Gay's favourite presenter. He said it in interviews many times. He should have had some time for that reason alone.

    Well said Gaybo

To this day Republican loons hold a grudge against him.

    Badge of honour

Tubridy though couldn't handle the situation. He cannot cope with the unexpected. One wonders why he got the job.

Not a Tubridy fan but he dealt with that brilliantly. Jesus Christ, some people can't get past their own bias. That was a tough situation, live on air, and he dealt with it like a pro.

This. Even though I grew up with this and it was permanently on the news/TV it seems very surreal to watch it now.

Gaybo would bring on something totally upbeat after the misery to cheer us up. I so well remember the show on the night of Canary Wharf atrocity. It acknowledged the dreadful happening but attempted to lift the spirits nonetheless.

For all the “celebs” and RTE buddies, a nice touch having that girl back on.
