Even more so when you consider the ethics of a typical Pharma company, they price their drugs by comparing the costs that the medical profession would incurr without their treatment and then set the price at about 30% less. They would do this even if the actual drugs cost peanuts.

It's a bit like receiving an SD card in the post with an A3 envelope, I think the logic is that the parcel won't get lost in the sorting machine.

How are you supposed to tell what weight the freight is on a pallet with black shrink wrap around it, presuming the picture was taken after the pallet truck was used and contents on it examined. Could have been sheets of steel under it!

yes it costs more to post but it could cost less to ship on a pallet.
