Interview at 11am - anxious but well prepared.

    Rotten weather out there...

Hope it went well for you jk, Rotten weather is an understatement, I'm in Subway hanging over a turkey, ham and cheese sub sheltering from it. Kinda pointless really as I'm already like a drowned rat. Absolutely poxy outside.

    I hear you Harry.
I had to go from one building to another. Got soaked.
There are three pubs between these buildings and I would have loved to be able to nip in to one of them and have a bit of lunch in front of the open fire washed down with something wet and yeasty.

Waiting on the fire to light up , coffee as always !
Geez , it's one wet , miserable day out there , although it's great for kids jumping in puddles , always a bright side :D

In desperate need of a Xanax, but I was all motivated on Saturday to get my **** together and stop doing that. So every Xanax I owned found it’s way into the jacks. Motivated me is such an asshole :(

    Snap!
@trig, I had to re-read that post. I was in fully the loop until you said something wet and yeasty, at that point my mind's eye was cast back to the time my poor Mickey got paid a visit by Ian Rush and I had to smother it with canesten cream :D:D

Sometimes I feel like doing that. Someday I must.

Winding down on my own at home at the moment (aka doing nothing). Listening to The rules for lovers.

What a dreary, miserable day. :(

Homeside, thinking there has to be more to life than this.

Home and snug for the evening. Getting up for tea will be a trauma.

I think it's best that I stay away from alcohol, it's not a good companion of self-pity and I have to drive in the morning.

This eve I reconnected with a friend who I cut contact with and I was always sad about that. Just came away from a chat and coffee with her. Had a weird dose of something like what Leggy has been feeling. My enthusiasm for life goes on the blink more often in winter :D I'm smoking a woodbine...gave up giving up...never give up has always been my motto...:/

Ps very strangely, my friend called me just when I was moping dejectedly after reading the sentence from a book..."friends become strangers, lovers become distant memories".

What is a woodbine? I'm thinking it's just a twig, then I am wondering why your smoking a twig. Is it a brand of cigarette/cigar?
