Good old battle between the Law Society and the Insurer Industry, Sean doing a good job sitting back and let them at it!

I'm no fan of the insurance industry but my God do the law Society know how to defend their patch? Surely the biggest "vested interest" in the country and especially in the insurance debate.

    Them and the medical consultants.

Remember that the only reforms advocated by the troika which had not been implemented by the time the troika left, were to the legal industry and the medical industry.

Presently Sean interviewing Brad Seager about the wife of the US Intelligence agent who run down a motorcyclist.
Very hard to listen to, bitter and not really winning me over.

So there was no support there from the manager who you never told about the problem in the first place.

Is it IVF/miscarriage/fertility week? Duffy had a similar caller yesterday.

Thought she was very unfair in her representation of the meeting with her manager. She starts divulging details of her sex life, and expects the manager to have all the answers. I'd say the manager was terrified of saying something stupid and ending up in the labour court.

Sean interviewed Charlotte Deasy, sister of Joe Deasy who was murdered in 2017. Sean handled the interview with care and thoughtfulness, but what stood out for me was the remarkable Charlotte herself. Hard to describe, if truth be told, but given the unimaginable impact his death must have had on her and their parents, she was so positive, especially about organ transplants (apparently her brother’s organs went to a total of six people, transforming their lives) where she took comfort from their achievements now. Very touching and heartwarming, and worth a listen

The little gangsters and their 'parents' all moaning about the 'Police' disgracefully taking away their bonfires!
Why were they all using the word 'bro' in every sentence they uttered? Are they straight outta Compton? Despite the piece clearly being set in Drimnagh!

This kinda says it all about the shambles that is the legal system.

At a time when the army are already having serious questioned asked about the validity of role, you really would question why they are getting involved in trying to rescue one of their own ex-members who joined a terrorist group.

Is this just a PR exercise to get her out of the media, as it is embarrassing for them to have had an ISIS terrorist in their own organsiation?

Clonan is some spoofer. Any intell that Smith may have is well out of date now.
Any excuse he can spin to justify bringing her home is being thrown out in the hope it provides some sort of fig leaf for this mission.

I assume this is about Lisa Smith. So that'd be her Irish child stuck in Syria that you would object to coming to Ireland? An innocent, who didn't choose any of that?

Aodhan O'Riordain put up opposition to 164 new homes on a site overlooking Howth harbour in Dublin. And still feels that he is in the position to other people who object to housing in there area. Another hypocritical bleeding heart. Make you sick.

He's talking about politics, he's not a politician any more. If they have politicians on, they'd just get spin. Who would you rather they have on?

Well for balance some Brexit supporting commentators .

Aren’t national media supposed to allow a balance of commentators .

Balance - yes. Balance in every single interview and show - no.
