Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    TD Eagles.

I don't know how. He looked like he pushed Fuller's facemask up the way. Do they not review stuff like that automatically?

I'd be happy with Bridgewater as well, but the problem is there will be other teams with far more cap room willing to throw money at him. We can't compete financially.

For Foles, we probably haven't got the draft capital or cap to do a deal either.

Kaepernick is probably the best available we could realistically get, but I doubt the organisation would allow it.

I would at the very least be calling Cutler just to see where he's at.

And probably the first question you ask is "jay you thrown a football around lately ?"

Ah now I think they have to call a penalty and that can now be challenged.

Another false start by the bears.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,337 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Is that stat right ? The bears have 1 total yard ?

I'd love to know what Sammy Watkins was up to haha. He was up to at least the 3 but cut back and was chopped down for a loss. Field Goal.

    Good stop from Vikings.

Robinson joining the malaise. One yard of offense.

    1 yard rushing.

    12 passing.

Oh okay. Still not much to write home about.

Can't be berated for crap playcalling in the redzone if you don't reach the redzone.

The Jets losing to a team deliberately sabotaging their own season would be very Jets

Darius Leonard with the most brainless penalty I've seen this season. Colts 16-10, couple of seconds left, three Colts players have a Steeler wrapped up, half-time.

Or so we thought, except Leonard came in with a late hit (making it a FOURTH Colt). 15 yard penalty and Steelers get the field goal. 16-13.

Such was the stupidity, I'd cut him at half-time.

I have them -3.5 in a treble haha.

A tanking Dolphins team are tearing the Jets apart today, hopefully will mean one day closer to Gase getting fired!!

How Gase is let anywhere near a football team, nevermind a head coach of a football team is beyond him:(

With their schedule they might as well start looking to next year. Dont think they have enough cap space to move for one of the better FA QBs, unless they make major roster moves.

Might see what they can do in the draft, moving back into the first.

Darnold seeing ghosts again apparently :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,638 ✭✭✭phatkev

This last 2 minutes of the Jets/Dolphins game have been crazy! Dolphins intercept Darnold on their own 1, then give up a safety because Fits essentially kneeled in his own end zone

    TD Eagles 19-0

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,337 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

They showed a reply of the zach ertz TD from a different angle and okay that hand was up high.

Got to hand it to the Colts, lost luck, lost funchess, lost Hilton, lost brissett, beating the steelers @ heinz field.

Eagles throwing it away. With jackson out this has to be the worst WR group in the entire league.

    McCaffrey is something else.

I turned it off to get some urgent work done and out of disgust and now we're back in it. Montgomery really is playing very well the last few weeks, when he's let.

We definitely got screwed. I don't fully understand the rule though. When they review a TD, are they allowed to bring it back for something like OPI or illegal hands to the face if no penalty was called live? If not, they should be able to.

Watching Hoyer turn is like watching an ocean liner.

Wow, that can't be pi in Pittsburg. Totally uncatchable ball.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

... I understand that they didn't overturn it, but that should never have been called.

Tomlin fishing for a make up call methinks.

25 seconds left, 8 points down.

I suggest we take a knee.

No confidence in MR to go down the field on a two minute drive so he’s happy to burn the TO in the hope of getting something

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Huge stop for Pittsburgh, it will get them the ball back should viniateri score this.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

    LACES OUT!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Of course he couldn't do that last week. Typical.

Yeah I think that spells the end of Vinatieri's career, I'd expect to see him cut tomorrow.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Chiefs very, very lucky in this game. Moore fumbled twice in this drive only to be bailed out both times. Vikings will be kicking themselves.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Vikings make a big defensive play only for someone on their sideline calling a timeout :pac:

There will be talk of retirement again.... Not sure he'll get cut. Besides, is there a more viable free agent kicker available?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,207 ✭✭✭The_Honeybadger

Jesus what a crucial miss. Steelers pass rush able to keep them in it with some critical stops, offence is just toothless with no Redzone threat

Scrappy game full of penalties. That last PI for 35 yards was crazy, I wish they’d either get rid of reviews or implement them fairly.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Colts, don't make the same mistake the Bears did. Cut Vinatieri. He's done.

Is everything alright between Jets and Dolphins? Haughey was Taoiseach the last time they appeared on Redzone.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,638 ✭✭✭phatkev

Adam Gase got fired as the Dolphins coach last year and yet he's still managing to screw the over. The Jets need to get rid of him as soon as possible

    The Robbie Gould mistake?

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,702 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

I didn't think it was possible the Dolphins would win a game this year, but i forgot about the Jets being the Jets.

Seriously though, they have looked at least competitive recently, and were a bit unlucky last week. Delighted for Fitzpatrick.

Rivers looks so sharp, absolutely dici g the packers secondary. Some great throws to start the game.
