In Beaumont there has been some of Gemma O'Doherty fans pasting notices on lamp posts. Basically saying Irish people will become extinct due to immigration. They have links to BS about the whole thing. I have been going around taking them down but the pop back up a week or 2 later. They are doing it at night as I see them when I walk the dogs in the morning.

Is anybody else seeing these around? Curious if it is a lone nutter or coordinated thing happening everywhere.

We have a thread for that loopers nonsense ;)
That said, part of me wonders if giving her the oxygen of posting just fuels her BS.

This is particular to the notices being put up. Is it common elsewhere. They don't last a day as I am not the only one taking them down.

Sometimes exposing these people and letting them talk helps them reveal themselves to be oxygen deprived troglodytes.

I am working on identifying the person or persons responsible. Think I may have already spotted one of them but want to be sure.
So easy to take down as I am walking it isn't much bother

Can't stand her, but she has a huge following. Mostly skangers. Like the Alfies Army types.

She doesn’t have a huge following, as evidenced by her vote performance

I'm from the area also, if I see any they are getting pulled down, wasn't aware someone was at it and have not noticed them as of yet...

There were plenty gob****es on this site who thought she was a crusading journalist hero and would make a great President.

Extinct, are you sure about that? Don't get all the hatred towards her.

Exactly. Just a handful of nutters. I don't know a single one in real life thank ****.

I would have more respect for her than someone like you who would deny her the freedom of speech just because you are so clearly biased against her politics, in a democratic society there is a place for her and her types but it the sheer rank hypocrisy of the left that is driving moderates like myself over to further right wing positions, even moderates on the left are now gone full hard Marxist squeezing the middle-moderates again.

The liberal tolerant left, only when it suits them of course. I'm not a Gemma O'Doherty supporter and I met her this year and she is not a very pleasant woman at all, but I will defend her right to preach whatever brand of politics she wants unlike the leftwing fascists who would shut you down with violence or whatever means because they don't agree on topic.

Don't know her shtick, but recognise the name.

I understand the sentiment, that immigration can lead to a near non-existent native population like native Americans perhaps. It's alarmist and overblown, but not the total craziness some suggest (suspiciously)

If it was someone claiming that a lump of cheese can be turned into gold, yeah, mad :p

Damn right. The world is flat & vaccines cause autism. We need more brave crusaders like her, standing tall against the prevailing tide of fact.

I'm glad you feel that way. It is clear that you don't understand the difference between freedom of speech and hate speech.

Nothing to talk to you about anything as you will never understand and there is nothing to discuss.

I will continue to prevent all graffiti coming to my area.

It's ironic how the self-appointed champions of the white race are among the worst examples of it.

The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the LORD your God.

So called Hate Speech is simply the latest tool of the extremist left in an attempt to shut down their far right-wing rivals. There is far more hatred emanating from the leftwing and you don't see the right-wing going around throwing milkshakes over their leftwing rivals or physically assaulting people they disagree with here in Ireland.

There have been numerous other out-there ideas and posters blah de blah.

But I've never felt a compulsion to start taking anything down, even spur of the moment, let alone a mini crusade.

Makes you sound a bit weird, dude

You don't for example see left wingers in Australia frantically trying to stop Nexus magazine having their conference but here left wingers have made stopping G O'D their full-time job.

I haven't seen any of these stickers. I actually saw some anti Generation Identitaire stickers in Dun Laoghaire last week. Personally I think there are nutters on both sides.

Are you so sarcastic that when you're having a shoite on the jacks, you must literally say out loud, "I am not having a shoite on this jacks"?

Sorry but why are you getting involved?

Everyone knows she is a bit case, by running around and making a big deal about it your are giving them exactly what they want

Who cares if a crappy notice is up? Beside it is probably someone looking to scrap a car....

How is Ireland behind the times? England just made a ball of their whole country to keep the “foreigners” out

USA voted in the biggest clown because he would build a wall.....
