Help finding a small phone

Desired specs:- form factor eg 150mm x 70mm
- amoled screen
- wireless charging
- good camera
- headphone jack
- some weather proofing
I have found the Xiaomi Mi9 SE which seems to be a good fit but nothing else

Try samsung a40 prob a mil or two thicker but cheaper than mi9se was in the same boat as you. A40 is cheaper than mi9se0 -
