Department of Agriculture Dublin Port Directions?

Can anybody tell me where the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine offices are located in Dublin Port? I am having trouble locating it on Google Maps. If anybody can help I would really appreciate it.

A few searches seem to show it's based in New Customs House on promenade road.
It has a sign for Revenue but other depts likely to be there.
