This guy has a good reputation in the UK - providing you can ship lithium batteries to the UK, im not sure

What bike is it? A lot of ebikes use common components and you can just order a replacement from china.

I'd imagine Battery World would do it. Most of these battery packs are built up from standard 18650 cells. There's high draw vs low draw, but if they run power tools, they'll run a bike.
You can pop into them and check.

I seen that and to refurbish my battery costs nearly 300. A new battery from China is 200!!

Can I ask, how long have you had the battery (distance and/or time) and how much has performance dropped? Thanks

It's Kenbay Wilde. Not made any more.

Yep but the battery looks generic, might find a straight swap from china, although the cost may be more than the bike is worth.

I suggest asking the question on www.pedelec.co.uk/forum as there is a lot of knowledge over there.

I got them to re-build a couple of power tool batteries there a few years ago, both were dead in ~18 months.

Oh, that's not great. I've never used them for refurbs.

It's was my first and only ebike. Bought it second hand 3 years ago. Was probably not used for 18 months before I bought it. Used lightly before that. Battery date 2013. I didn't use it every day, maybe one trip of 25 miles per week
