Quick question here, maybe LXflyer can help. I intend to take a single journey on the 101 Drogheda route. Can I use my leap card?

The cap is only on DublinBus/exDublinBus routes run by GoAhead, irish rail and luas.

You might have the option for student tickets. But using credit on the student leap card is no different to using credit on an a standard adult leapcard, with the exception of a lower fare cap.

Balance cant be transferred between cards. As theres no way to write the information from the first, disable it and transfer that into the next card. When a card is "replaced" a completely new card is produced.
