Are all spring sniper rifle cylinder heads universal sizes I have a a&k s24 ( basically an m24) and I need a replacement cylinder head would the vsr cylinder head be applicable to use as a replacement

As far as I know it need some minor mods to make it accept VSR parts this article has a ton of good information on it.
