Saw someone famous but don't know who

This is not something I'd normally do but it's been wrecking my head all day - while in town today on St. Stephens Green I passed by someone that I recognised from TV but I've no idea who it was, just instantly recognised his face as one I've seen a number of times before. He's an older guy with long grey/white hair and beard, the one person I can think of that somewhat resembles him is Donald Sutherland:

Is there any notable Irish/English actors/public figures with similar looks that come to mind? This is annoying me
