Spotify Playback, Samsung S9

    Spotify has decided to randomly stop playing when the screen on my phone times out. Doesnt do it all the time. Have it set to run in background, havent changed any settings.

    Do you have something like power saver mode or data saver mode running?

    No.

    App has always worked fine when screen locks or times out. Has only started on the last few weeks.

    Reinstall, failing that turn off battery optimization for Spotify and make sure allow background activity is enabled.
