    Have some toast and tea/coffee when you get to work, 2 paracetamol might also help..

    I went out for dinner last night, home early, was at my friends house and we had a couple of glasses of wine and prosecco nothing ott,got home and into bed and came on here to catch up with yourselves, the room started spinning and I felt so sick,couldn't even look at the phone,perfect this morning, hope I'm not becoming allergic to wine,jaysus like.lol

    Just back in from garden and walk, and ball with the dogs. Picked some raspberries - late in the season. It's a beautiful morning, if all of October could be like today winter would go quicker!
