Given that the builders logo is in almost every shot I take it he delivers. It's when their logo is blurred out that you know things will be interesting before the end of the show.

Someone never prepped the builder before he came on the programme. He's coming across badly.

Why do the daughters have voices like they're in their 40s? (No offense, a lot of Irish women have quite deep voices and it's funny to see that it starts so early) :)

Amazing how Americanized young people’s accents have become.

Builder is coming over as a bit of a knob

In fairness he’s stressed and trying max an impression with his few advertising on telly.

    Go easy on him

Maybe to those who aren't planning a build. But I'd say anyone who is planning on a building project within 100km of Dublin is googling his company.

With the older one it's the AA roadwatch accent that many young women like to copy.

I just get the impression with the drive to meet deadlines that quality might take a hit.

How does that work as a bike shed?

It's a property show lads, why the need to critique the kids?

Does it even have a door?

Blot on the landscape, for once Dermot is right, it must go.

I’d run a mile from him to be honest and I doubt I’m the only one. Overly rushing a build time line is problematic, and could cause issues fir the future.

A bike shed or a bomb shelter. Why would you build a bike shed out of 4" solids on the flat. Talk about over kill.

    More plywod?

Has Dermot bought shares in a plywood company or something?

Absolutely vulgar to comment negatively on the kids.

Jaysus big swing over knocking a bike shed, a metre of concrete e90, 100 blocks e70 and a days bricky labour say 200.
    It'll end up 5k extra!

Yes his very first introduction to the programme is to get the **** out if there as soon s possible. Hes paid the same either so hes not doing it to save the client time ....hes wanting to get on to ths next job. So you woukdnt have much faith in him finding an issue and fixing it rather than covering it up.
