VAT from EU country to Ireland

Hi all, If I buy a TV on a online website from a EU country, I suppose I will buy the VAT in the EU country, and anpost won't ask me for more taxes ? thanks

thank you, I understand that VAT will be paid in the EU country then only, so there is no other tax required in Ireland

Most online sellers will be registered in Ireland for VAT - so you'll probably be charged Irish VAT at 23%, and have no further liabilities.
