Have a PVC door which is not sitting flush with the frame.
It is not used regularly so have only noticed that bottom part 'kicks' out a bit.
Is there any way to adjust to tighten in?

A few ways... but you probably want to look inside the door frame.
There will prob b multiple locking points. Sometimes they are adjustable (usually the middle in my experience)... sometimes they are just in the wrong place. The one at the bottom of yours is prob shifted a bit.

Had a closer look to figure out what is causing the issue. The roller cam is not engaging at all - it misses the locking part.
In one of the pics I have pulled out the bottom of the door to show where it is in relation to the keep.
    The door is level.
Is there anything I can do to get the roller cam closer to the keep so that it will slot in when engaged, pulling the bottom of door in.

That’s a mile off. Adjustment on the hinges. Normally a hex key. But as I said, it’s quite a distance off alignment.

Perhaps lube very part of the locking mechanism first with WD 40 or similar to make sure nothing is sticking: worth a shot looking at the 3rd picture
