Honda CRV, connect the radio from source

Can’t seem to connect the radio from source on Honda CR-V I get BTA no device connected. Can’t seem to sort it based on fixes online

Have you deleted all paired phones?

Yes I deleted the one paired phone and readded.
It plays the stored music on the phone but when I select source try to chose FM nothing happens

There’s a source button on the left side of the steering wheel

I can select fm but nothing happens as in no sound

No nothing from the three radio options - I was thinking of disconnecting the battery to see if it resets.

Fixed it - held down the down volume button while the car was running for ten seconds as it was supposed to reset the unit. Did nothing so held down the the power button for over 10 seconds and it reset the unit. Had to press power once more while it was starting - came back radios fine with all preset channels still stored
