    Any advice welcome!
I need to get the supply turned back on (no tenant in place in years in the premises), who do I contact?

Whats the rough cost and how long will it take and who is the best/cheapest supplier?

    Thanks folks :)

It would be ESB Networks who would reconnect the supply and you can then choose an account with whichever provider you like. With residential reconnections, if it's been disconnected over 2 years they treat it as a new connection and charge something in the region of €2k. May be different for business premises but doubt it.

Talk to Go Power if you’ve never had an account before as they only look for €500 V’s €2000 for the others for a deposit

IIRC If the property has been vacant for a period it needs to be certified before they will reconnect

Gopower are just a reseller and do not do connections.

The op has had the power switched off for over two years, so it needs to be checked for safety and certified before ESB networks reconnects it.

When it's reconnected, the OP can then choose which reseller they wish.
