Homeside about to hang the washing out and see what jobs need doing. I don't have exciting plans tonight as OH is working the weekend shift and I like to give alcohol a long break if I've been socialising regularly, but I'm going for lunch with a friend tomorrow.

Had a bit of a disastrous start to my day. Got home late last night and had to wash my uniforms for today as I had no clean ones left. made lunch for today while I was waiting for the wash to finish, and went upstairs for a cuddle to pass the half an hour I had to wait. Except, I got too cosy and fell asleep. I rarely sleep the whole night but wouldn’t you know I didn’t wake up til nearly 7am. Tossed my uniform in the dryer but it wasn’t dry by the time I had to leave for work.

And I have a **** lunch. Fuuck you apple green. I’m even feeling a bit nauseous thinking about where bread is made, pasta is made, etc. trying not to over think.

Having the worst day I’m so sad in work I’m on my third outburst of tears of the day and no doubt counting, I never cry. I hate being sad. I don’t know how to be sad without it getting in on top of me
