I think it will be either next week or the week after at latest for all offers to be made. I was told 2 to 3 weeks for an answer

Have you got a start date? I'm still in the dark even though they said last week they were still reviewing applications. Have you heard anything about how many offers are made or if they're all made?

I'm the same, between jobs at the minute and don't want to look about anything else until I hear back

Yea end of November for me, I've no idea how many offers still have to be made. But a few people on here got word they didn't make it so I'd assume your still in the running.

I wasn't surprised I didn't get through tbh. Competency questions was what got me I felt. Was in no way prepared for them. Sort of felt like I was being asked the same question at times but differently each time. Nerves didn't help either.

I wouldn't rule anything out before Friday. I think that's the case if nothing by then! Some people in previous year's haven't gotten an unsuccessful email until after the two groups of 24 have started.

I wonder have 48 places being offered yet? Could be trying to figure out where they need the people due to retirements and so on..

One person posted on this that they did the interview during the first week and was given the second induction at the end of November. I'm not sure how it works maybe the earlier dates for interviews get priority.
