Probably it's very little help, but on Irish ones you can have the central display in mph. Maybe you didn't change it properly?

thanks, at least that is something...... on an Irish car with KPH as the speedo, you can change to miles.

seemed fairly simple, I just changed the units on main touch screen to KM, but maybe it has to be done somewhere else too.

maybe has to be done on steering wheel controls too, im not sure.

Yes, that's it, you need to use the steering wheels controls, on the main screen you change it only for the satnav.

ah ok, was messing around with steering wheel too and for the life of me though, I could not find anything to do with units or charging from mph to km etc. do you happen to know what menu it falls under?

Man, sorry, I just returned from the car, I couldn't find it! It's only fuel economy that can be changed from l/100km or km/l and various units for the tyre pressure.
Either I miss remember or it went away with some software update. I hope it's the latter...

How do you avail of the free health check for the Hyundai Tucson?

I purchased a hyundai tucson 2018 in the north so imported it.

Thanks. Strange question. Is it a hard job to
Remove wind deflectors from a 2016 Tucson?

Are they factory fitted? I don't think so...
I had them on a car installed by previous owner, removing them was just a matter of pulling them out.

Depends on how they’re attached. Some just sit in the window runners but some are actually stuck onto the door frame with foam taped these might be tricky to get off and clean up. Think they’re usually stuck on.
I’d also be wary of a car with them fitted as smokers like them. That’s not to say all cars with them have smokers in them but it’s something to look for.

If the car is clean and does'n smell who cares if the previous owner was a smoker? Smoking is not a contagious disease :)

If the previous owner was a smoker, the car smells. There is no getting rid of it.

Because you’ll see the car in it’s just valeted stage, the smell will be masked. It won’t be gone.
If that’s something the OP would not like then it’s very relevant. It’s very hard to totally eliminate smoke smell, and some people are very sensitive to the smell.

A decent looking 2016 has come up near me.

It has 19 inch wheels. Anyone know what the ride quality is like on these? Harsh over speed bumps etc?

I presume these tyres are more expensive to replace also?

    Is it in Mooney’s?

    No.

Oh ok. Was gonna say I’d aim for executive spec over comfort spec. I know some comfort models ironically have 19” wheels.

I haven’t driven one with 19s but you would be right in saying the tyres are way more expensive.

Wonder Is the ride much harsher

Exec over comfort plus seems to have leather seats, touch screen and fin aerial. Any other obvious things?
