Apartments in Northwood Santry

Hi I've been looking at purchasing an apartment in Northwood recently. I've found online that there has been issues with pyrite mentioned in Temple Court specifically. Hi I've been looking at purchasing an apartment in Northwood recently. I've found online that there has been issues with pyrite mentioned in Temple Court specifically. Just wondering from anyone familiar with the area were any other areas in Northwood specifically affected by pyrite issues.

I'm especially interested in Lymewood Mews apartments but I found in a news article that Temple Court and Lymewood Mews were both developed by the same company, Lyndonbarry, so was a bit concerned that there might be pyrite issues there too.

Temple Court was the only development in Northwood that had issues with Pyrite. The infill with pyrite was removed over the course of 18 months and the ground floor apartments and internal common areas were almost completely renovated as part of this.
