Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This was a piece I had done in Dublin Ink

I wasn't 100% happy with it as I felt it was a little 2D and whilst I was very happy with the level of detail, it didn't stand out as armour to me.

I went in to Skin City to see if they could do anything with it and this is the result..

Got this done last week, was only few hours old when pic was taken

So at the grand old age of 51 I got my first tattoo. Not too much thought went into it. Was more a tester to see if I didn’t mind getting tattooed with the intention of getting something bigger done as a memorial tattoo to my late sister who I sadly lost to cancer at the end of August.

Being a bit of an old rocker, music has played a huge part in my life so I thought this simple tattoo was spot on as something to be part of me. Best part about being so old when you start is, if as they say you might regret it in 20 years time, well, I’ll be in my 70s then and won’t give a fook
Taken straight after it was finished hence the redness. Done about 6 weeks ago.

Got this done today in memory of my late father. He was in the theatre many years ago and the name is the first theatre company that he set up and travelled Ireland with, long before I was born.
He settled down and got a regular job but he always talked about those days and the people he knew then with such happiness.
Runs from my wrist to my elbow on the outer arm. Done free hand by the artist.

after having a nightmare experience before, i found this amazing guy who would finish my arm. He doesn't normally do cover ups but it was just a slight bit to cover up, but he took it on because he liked the idea and few more sittings to go but here's what he done yesterday so happy with it.

by Andrei Oprisan in urban style tattoo out in blanchardstown

next time im sucking that gut in...

Got this one the back of my calf last Saturday. Certainly the spiciest tattoo I’ve had done so far(vast majority are on my arms). Wasn’t unbearable at any point but more uncomfortable than any other I’ve had done.

I'm obsessed with my latest tattoo.

Done by Edson (Turco Tattoo) at St Stephen's Green. I cannot recommend this guy highly enough! He works on his own in this fabulous comfortable little studio, it is so much more comfortable getting tattooed when you're the only customer there. He's so professional and such a gentleman, as well as a really talented artist. It was such a positive experience, I'll definitely be going back to him for more!
