It’s from your bcg vaccination as a baby. The scars were the sign of a successful vaccination.

If you press them in the right order you get a punch in the face.

I don't have this, I do remember getting some kind of vaccine though in primary school though.

Same, I never got them as a baby but got a few in Primary school and a sugary lamb afterwards!!! :)

Got this in second year, about 1985.
First it was "the six pricks"(very apt for the christian brothers) and if the scarring from the six pricks disappeared it was the full blown BCG for you sonny.
BCG injection itself wasn't too bad but the pus ridden scabby aftermath that lasted a month was fcukin painful.
What made it worse was we would punch each other in the upper arm to break the scabs and prevent healing.
Just checked there,I still have the scars.

Our school was far too poor for that.

    I'm jealous.

Damn I was hoping for a " I think I was abducted by aliens" story. For some reason I can remember getting a chocolate mouse after one of my injections, like the little small penny sweet types

I have two of them next to each other. They're not triangles anymore, and have become much less defined over the years.

The scars themselves were never triangular, they're round, with three of them forming a triangle.

Yeah, I know what you're on about, but the scars themselves are too far apart. They used to be pinchy little triangle things, but are messy ovals now. They're fading away over time.
