    Hi all,

I've got a Humax 1100s STB. It has a rear USB port. This may be a stupid question but is it possible to plug in a USB DVB-2 tuner into this port to access Saorview channels?

    Any advice appreciated thanks.

You will need an aerial to pick up saorview. Any tv will have a terrestrial tuner.

No, the Humax box has proprietary software that won't recognise a USB tuner.

Any TV sold in the last 7 years will have a tuner capable of receiving Saorview channels.

Cheers Ten Pin, I actually though as much, just wanted confirmation.
