I always wanted a panel saw and I've decided now is the time to build one. I'm going all out and putting electric clamps, digital gauges etc.. I'm trying to source linear bearing rails that don't cost the earth. I can get some about 1800-2000mm (for the vertical) but its the dust that I am concerned about. I had my eye on…

I had my eye on these but I think the dust might cause issues and block the bearings. It would be an expensive gamble.

Has anyone used this in little CNC's or dusty environments?

On a side note, anyone built one before or got tips?

I've seen various linear bearings on Banggood.com among the CNC components when I was buying aluminium extrusion - well worth checking the prices.
