    I've no view whatsoever on your sexual preferences nor would I hazard a guess at them.

    I think you're doing it wrong.

    You simply show it to a few people, pick one and then tell the rest the place is gone. There is no requirement to let everyone who calls you view the property.

    Not a big fan of the whole transgender thing to be honest, I don't think people can just magically change gender. Now by all means people are entitled to play pretend if they wish but I don't see it as legitimate.

    Also there are only 2 genders, I find this new wave of genderfluid, nonbinary, today I'm a carrott cake sort of nonsense to be complete bóllóx!
