This Tap house, does it not sound like a way of sucking more money out of us? having to tap(pay) to get into different areas?

Murder Capital is surely nailed on, though? Saw a few minutes at ATN, was impressed with the sound and the presence but they've only got 3 decent songs IMO, I don't totally by the fuss... Still, fun in the right setting!

Tweedy played Vicar St last year but no Wilco show since Iveagh Gardens in 2016. And no EP for 11 years. My fave band so if they play then nothing else on the lineup matters for me. And their tour dates align.

Agree re the lack of tunes for TMC but hopefully they'll evolve. What they have now is the sound. And that's enough for me at the moment.

My absolute highlight of that weekend when she did Glacier. Missed much of Bjork to see Grant. I enjoyed it even more than David Byrne & St Vincent though that won't go down well here.

Tap House usually implies craft beer. Though not previously thought to be an AIB specialisation.

At kaleidoscope aid had a wristband that could be loaded with cash and then used to pay for things at the festival. Assumed this was the same thing so didnt read announcement fully. Now that i look at this thread suspect it is something more money grabbing. Alas its not all about the music any more

I think "Green and Blue" sounds like Editors. But people are very excited about them so hope the album is good. Fontaines was a little disappointing for me so would like TMC to stick the landing.

Not expecting great things from TMC album nor blown away by the Fontaines one. Just hoping the record companies give both get a chance to do 2/3 more and develop along the way.

And I wasn't entirely serious about the AIB/craft beer synchronicity.

Hear! Hear! Pneumatic is not going to burst (please don't let it). It's all to do with how firmly you inflate--too much and the truck will bounce (put yer mate on it at this point to dampen down!)
P.S. For those with small boots (car), Woodies are doing a collapsible one at the moment. I take no responsibility for its worthiness or not.

I was at ATN with one, but didn't get to use it, since I loaned it out to my passengers. I was informed after that it doubles up nicely into a table for the weekend in the tent! Voila!
