If true, then he should be charged with assualt with a deadly weapon.

MMAs grand, but it's training to injure someone and you don't want some young lad accidently killing someone.

Unclear if words were exchanged between them, but after Conor downed a shot with the other drinkers, he unexpectedly threw his notorious left fist and decked the old man who rejected the shot.

Yeah but not really though, he hardly moved

A clip on the ear, not a punch. But still a classless, scummy thing to do.

The old guy at the bar clearly started on McGregor first - he had no choice but defend himself.
    Nothing to see here.

What a despicable cowardly thing to do.

I can't account for the force as the man doesn't seem to flinch but is that due to the video cutting out.

Either way, its not the outcome but the INTENT that should be prosecuted against. He's a disgusting human being outside of the Octagon.

With who? I mean he couldn't even rock an oul lad sitting at the bar. He's done as a fighter.

There were morons on this site who once claimed that he was an excellent role model for children, and a national treasure. Like I’d never associate UFC and cage fighting fans with intelligence, but that was spectacularly stupid even by their levels.

Old man started? Gave him a bit of lip so that's ok just to punch someone?

He clearly tried to swipe a wasp from the gentlemans ear. And as a consequence received a sting to his wrist and the body guards rushed him off to he hospital.

He's allegedly well in with a certain crime family too. Great to see people supporting stand up citizens like that.

That was all an act too. He’s making it look like he doesn’t punch hard so they’ll be queuing up to fight him. He’s a marketing genius.

Jesus Christ that's shocking. I hope they show that on the mainstream news and in the US to show what an absolute thug he is.

He's an embarrassment to Ireland and a coward.
