    Yes, excellent stuff!

I was reading up and caught sight of this "Jason Lowenstein and Lou Barlow play the songs of Sebadoh" bill in London, and I instantly wished I could get over to see this. Imagine my suprise that they're making a leap across the pond! They must realize that Sebadoh have a solid Irish fanbase. Sure, at Folk Implosion last May in the TBMC, most of the crowd were requesting some good ol' Sebadoh tunes, so this is more that I, or anyone can ask for.

You're right there! A few t-shirt clad folk were followin' Lou into the dressing room after the music centre gig, he always seems well up for talking to the fans.

He said the Dublin show was one of the most enjoyable of the whole tour (it was the last date).

I can't believe this, will hopefully be one amazing gig... Bakesale is one of my favourite rock albums, although didnt really dig Bubble & Scrape or The Sebadoh much... either way won't be missing this for anything

I know I'm in a minority of one, but I prefer the older Lo-Fi stuff that Sebadoh did.

"Weed Forestin" has some great songs on it: "It's So Hard To Fall In Love" is a great tune, and "Brand New Love" still remains one of my favourite songs of all time, but the electric version of it just doesn't do it for me.

They kinda lost me when they turned into a rock band, though I still like to listen to "Ocean" once in a while.

Now, can somebody tell me why the cover of "Harmacy" looks so familiar?

wow just back from it now.. wow... absolutely amazing performance, they were genuinely having loads of fun being back on tour, trying to remember all the old songs and how they went, the crowd loved it, had an old 4-track playing pre-recorded drums for some of the more upbeat numbers as well :)
Easily the best gig I've ever been to in whelans, wouldn't have missed it for the world, best gig this year is harder to say ...

Man, your kidding me. Even after waiting for two hours and a half in the cold, Whelans just would not let me into the concert, because I had no ID. Let me just say that I am extremely pissed off and subdued right now, and I don't know what to think...
