I'm pretty sure there was talk about something similar but I can't find anything on the Google machine.

I've s few little jobs is like to do on the mini and a lift would be so much handier. Does anyone know if there are publicly useable lifts stone Dublin I could use?

There was one in Tallaght but it either closed or never opened because of insurance.

I heard there was one in Baldoyle at one stage but closed now too, seems to be expensive to keep them going. Get yourself friendly with a local independent mechanic who’ll let you use theirs after hours or you could buy your own secondhand on DoneDeal for about €1000-€1500 or so.

You still driving the E30 Jozi? :P

Public liability insurance premiums have gone through the roof due to the compo culture that has set in here.

I haven't driven an E30 in over 3 years, had my E36 almost 3 years until earlier this year when I got a Mini Cooper S (it's a bit more fun). The E30 is in the shed patiently waiting on me to finish college and find motivation  Still got your E30 or Z, or did you tell me neither and have a R32?

Insurance seems to be a hot topic lately and putting a dampener on anything that requires it

My E30 is gone a few years now, got an offer to take an R32 that I knew from brand new & jumped on it. It’s awesome 11 months of the year, then July rolls around & I have to tax it! :P
