Help in resetting a Maruyama Water Softner

Hello All, Please see attached picture of Maruyama Water Softner. I can change the filter and clean the Brine tank but have trouble resetting the clock. It appears to be stuck on regeneration and is constantly pumping out waste water which is causing water damage in the area around the pumphouse. Any help you could provide…

Hello All,

Please see attached picture of Maruyama Water Softner.

Is the clock dial actually rotating ?
the red gear wheel looks not to be engaged properly..

Are all the tabs pulled up in the pic ?
