My kitchen tap has a leak.
Happened before and i could just tighten withna vice grips.
That wont stop it now trickling out of the three points that
I have arrows pointing to on my picture attached.

I have another identical tap that is rarely used in the utility room.
Would there be sonething that i could transfer from one to another?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First thing we need to know is can you easily switch the water off?

Personally I wouldn't mess one tap up for the sake of another, maybe you'd just end up with two leaking taps.

If you can get the water off then I'd undo those bits you were previously tightening and start looking for washers to fit.
