Anyone listening to red FM some crew called cahoots? Shocking just switching off Sports presenter ciaran o Regan does my head in , the way he stumbles across the sports news. Rant over !

It's always been very poor radio. That lad McArdle is an awful excuse for a presenter. About 10-12 years ago he had a slot called "viral video of the day" where he wouldn't just talk about it, he'd play the video ... on the radio.
The one that took the biscuit was the narcoleptic dog video. He played all 40 odd seconds of it.

Now he's a producer there.
