How come there are no LGBT super heroes in the Avengers movies ?

All the super heroes in these movies are far left liberals. All the story lines are drenched in liberalism which focus on diversity, equality and saving the environment. Why no LGBT then? It doesn't make sense

They can reimagine captain marvel as a woman to empower women

Why can't they do the same for a gay character?

I can't remember which comic it was, but when framing his actual socio-political beliefs Steve Rogers would be a Republican. Small Government, low taxation, right to bear arms etc. As a person though, he's supposed to represent the 'ideal' version of America, free rights, freedom of religion, no racism/sexism etc

The modern political landscape, especially in the US, can't understand that Democrat =/= Liberal and Republican =/= right wing.
