Just to say, I only started playing recently and never realised you had to redeem to be able to win again. Some people might not realise.

Find that fairly petty if I’m being honest, I wasn’t aware of that whole “not being able to win” thing but seen a few people calling BS on it. Tried to redeem the drink yesterday but seems like it’s fairly popular so wasn’t in stock. Will know in future not to quote from you so

You might have, I have never won anything with an unredeemed prize and others have also posted the same over the course of the thread. Seems to be luck of the draw just like some people winning multiple car washes and others none.
