Waiting for BIC and IBAN

    I opened a different account with BOI over 3 weeks ago.  I have received a new ATM card and PIN, and was told BIC and IBAN information would be texted to me.  When will I receive this information, so that I may begin using this account?

    Thank you for taking the time to contact us today.

    The text message with the IBAN and BIC should have been received before you get your card and pin. Can I ask to call our New Accounts team on [font=Calibri","sans-serif]1890 35 44 54 or 00353 14044034 and an can organise to have this text message resent to you. When you have your IBAN and BIC you can then go a head and set up your 365 online banking.[/font]
