    Hi folks,

    Very general question.

Company A with 2 directors loans Company B with 2 different directors €1,000

There is no association or relationships between the 2 companies or the directors.

Company A doesn’t want it repaid for 5 years and is not charging any interest.

What, if any..are the tax implications of this arrangement?

    Thanks in advance

Tax is only one of the issues that need to be considered. Talk to your accountant, bring your memo & arts and your latest financials.
