    Handier than yoghurts.
    In the winter it's soup.
Keeps them thin i guess. That and the heroin.

It's quite hard to get opiod constipation if ya aren't eating solid food ;)

And believe me, the constipation from opiods can be fúcking awful!
Speaking of which, must get some yops in!

I work full time and I usually go for a cheaper alternative Love yops but they’re so expensive!!!

Fills you up and its full of sugar and its cheap. Also easier on your stomach then solid food. So no cramps or constipation

They always have lovely runners as well.

Maybe they think it says Yob and think that it's for me.

My buddy who was a junkie always drank 7up and stuff like that he said he just craved sugary drinks more on the skag. They also can have stomach issues especially nausea and constipation so maybe it coats the stomach lining a wee bit. Or maybe theyre just easy to steal.

    Cheaper than Mooju?

It's not Yop in those little cartons , it's their methadone.
    Stops Gardai hassling them.

    Lovely?

Expensive alright but there's a reason nobody I know has bought a pair of airbubbled runners since they were 12 years old. Junktastic!

It's unrelated to the topic but I passed a guy curled up on his side sleeping in an alleyway at 7 in the morning, wearing the brand new Yeezys, I think they were going for around €750 at the time. They could have been knock offs or he might not have been homeless just drunk or high. But I was wondering what was going on there.

I assumed methadone would be injected too, you drink it?

How people work in the service industry serving these people is beyond me, pure wastes of space on the earth.

It's nice to have a choice, not everybody does

I think i can explain the runners.

    They're basically status symbols.

And they'll spend a whole weeks dole to buy a stolen pair.

I'm quite fond of milk-based drinks... I brought a six-pack of strawberry Mooju to a house party one night.

Not so fond of heroin though.

Is it Forisip? Its a high calorie drink that looks like a Yop bottle. Probably given free to stop malnutrition.

They are probably drinking fortisip, which is a nutritional supplement used for malnutrition - it looks similar to a yop bottle

Yeah it’s a medicine that from my experience of being around dozens of junkies doesn’t really do anything. Even my brother who is the biggest junkie scumbag piece of shít i’ve ever known sells his weekly dose of doctor prescribed methadone that he has been getting for years and uses the money to buy more heroin. And the people he sells it to either sell it on to someone else or take it in between heroin fixes because they are all hopeless junkies too.
